ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS

The shares of TBS New Media PLC were recently delisted by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 
Please be advised that we are working diligently to have the stock reinstated but can offer
no specific time frame for relisting.  Although this is an unforeseen and unfortunate occurrence,
it has no direct bearing on the company's day to day activities.  We are still working diligently to
sell our product and create a company with significant innate value.  This is really the way we
expect to generate an attractive return for all stakeholders.

We will post further updates as warranted.  In the meantime, if you would like to find out more,
please contact your investment advisor or other financial professional for updates.

An open letter to shareholders
of TBS New Media:

It has come to my attention that some of our shareholders have been approached by people
purporting to have an interest in purchasing shares in TBS New Media for what appear to be highly
inflated values. However, these people are insisting that current shareholders must pay a
“withholding tax” of nearly 20% of the purchase price before they can receive the full payment for
their shares. It is my understanding that these people are operating under the following company
and/or individual names:

• First National Investor Services
• Goodman Sanders & Hirsh
• Jonathan Morris

PLEASE BE ADVISED that TBS New Media is not connected to these people in any
way whatsoever nor does it endorse or recommend these offers.

Furthermore, I have never heard of any legitimate offer to purchase securities which requires
advance payment of taxes and I would strongly urge you to consult with a licensed Investment
Advisor before considering any such offer to sell your shares and to please heed their advice.

While I have no direct experience with any of the above-named companies or individuals, speaking
on behalf of myself, I would not sell any of my shares to anyone who required me to pay any fee to
them before getting paid for my shares. Having said that, these people have not approached me at
all, which in itself should be a cause for concern as I own a controlling position in TBS New Media.

In closing, I encourage you to look on the internet for information on what is commonly called
“Advance Fee Fraud” and be very dubious of anything that sounds too good to be true, as it usually
turns out to be just that!
